The touristy tour.

Our first night in Paris, we took the metro down to see THE tower....you know which tower I'm talking about...the only tower that means anything to anybody....ya "that" tower.
It was a riot...literally....tons of people, lots of shouting....you know, your typical riot!
We decided to go on the Seine River tour just to kind of get our bearings in the city, and although it is totally a tourist thing to do, it was also totally worth every single euro!
There she is in all her loveliness....

Cheryl took some pictures of us...um....ya.

We finally decided to stick with selfies....but Cheryl got in on the act anyway.

The Eiffel tower is much bigger than I expected.

...and it got even more lovely as the sun set....

Most of the pictures I took on the cruise were blurry, but I had to include this one.  It was so fun to see the wheel turning with all the lights.  It was magical.

The lovely sunset over Paris....sigh...

Hello Paris!
